LAWYER (Corporate law)
We are looking to hire a corporate lawyer, that will be tasked with ensuring company transactions comply with corporate laws and regulation by preparing documents, assessing partnerships, and negotiating deals. Other duties include consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, transactions, partnerships, lawsuits, and mergers. The candidate should have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with an eye for detail.
- Prepare appropriate legal documents for trial and/or court proceedings
- Represent the company in legal proceedings
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations
- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company

LAWYER (intellectual property)
Our intellectual property lawyer should be able to provide legal advice by first interviewing clients to determine the nature of problems, recommend appropriate legal action, prepare, and draft legal documents, conduct negotiations on behalf of clients on all matters associated with protecting intellectual capital by utilizing patent law, copyright law and licensing, as well as draw up and finalize settlements.
- Receive written information in the form of briefs and verbal instructions concerning cases from solicitors, other specialist legal professionals and clients
- Prepare and critically review contracts between parties
- Provide opinion on complex intellectual property issues
- Provide advice and written opinions on points of intellectual property law
LAWYER (Legal Intern )
Our ideal intern will be able to manage case files, perform administrative duties such as filing, copying staffing receptionists’ desks; assist with preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions, attend client meetings, assist constituents, attend trials, hearings, arguments, and depositions; research topics of client interest and learn to conduct interviews, in order to learn about the inner workings of a professional legal workplace.
- Our candidate must be pursuing a master’s degree or Ph.D. in Law or a related field
- Conduct client training, perform legal research as needed, and support smaller projects as requested by clients
- Help draft and edit contract templates
- Regularly identify key risk areas in contracts
LAWYER (REAL ESTATE)
We are looking for a certified real estate attorney, who will oversee the legal aspects of real estate transactions, acquisition and buying/selling. They will be responsible for reviewing legal documents, relating to real estate, negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions, as well as facilitate transfer of titles.
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions
- Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio
- Write up routine leases and amendments.
